If you are a CPS technician the 09 is available This manual which is a technical publication for Child Passenger Technicians, as been revised and updated twice, since the green cover (2005 edition). I would strongly suggest you do not purchase the green LATCH manual for any technical use, as the information is not the most current. This manual should not be used at car seat checks, and cannot be used for CEU's. The 2009 should be what you are using. Some retro fit kit numbers may have changed since this edition.
